For new applicants, the full list of prices and rates are displayed during the application process of the card, before completing. You are not required to maintain a minimum balance on your card, and can be canceled at any time.
How is my rate determined exchange (FX)?
When using your Payoneer card to make purchases in foreign currency, the transaction is converted according to the official exchange rate MasterCard ® (or VISA, depending on your card issuer). Note that exchange rates are constantly changing throughout the day, and the rate is determined at the time of purchase.
